Internal Sales Executive

THE COMPANY: Leading Screen Print supplier of consumables and equipment to the textile printing industry. Due to growth of the company we are now looking to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our small friendly team in Kidderminster.

THE ROLE: Internal Sales Assistant required for a growing Screen Print Suppliers. The successful candidate would be expected to work with the sales team, responsible for managing a number of existing key accounts and for growing sales to significant clients. Key skills required are to manage sales enquiries accurately, work well within a team and be an efficient administrator. Key Responsibilities for the Internal Sales Assistant role to include: –

  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity
  • Plan and manage assigned business territory
  • Secure Orders
  • Prepare and maintain quotations for sales where necessary
  • Maintain and proactively develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
  • Provide regular monthly reports as to the status of projects
  • Work to targets
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  • Attend internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
  • Having a good confident telephone manner
  • Accurately update and maintain our internal CRM systems
  • Consistently deliver high levels of customer service to customers

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will need to be a personable, articulate individual who has excellent customer service skills. Ideally you will have experience working within a sales environment. Having knowledge of Screen Printing/Textile Printing is an advantage . Key aspects essential for the role of the Internal Sales Assistant: – IT Literate Ability to talk to customers daily in a formal but personable manor Ability to work in a team and individually Live within a commutable distance to Kidderminster

This part time position could lead to a full time position if required

25 -30 hrs a week 5 days a week

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £8.50 to £9.50 /hour
