With our shiny new website it’s much easier to order items online, believe it or not it’s a lot quicker too. All you need to do is add the items you need into your basket, hit the checkout button and this will lead you on to the secure payment section. If you have shopped with us before and created an account, all your details will have been saved. If you haven’t, then follow the steps, fill in your details, protect your account with a password and hey presto your account has been made and your order has been placed.

We also take orders over the phone, just give us a call on 01562 829009 and one of our wonderful members of staff will assist you. We are only in the office Monday – Friday, 9am -5pm, if you would like to order outside of these times please place it through our website.

We accept credit and debit cards, plus payments through PayPal. We have also set up a direct debit option where you can order now and pay later. No cheques though guys– it’s the 21st century!

Now let me explain the direct debit system, it’s called GoCardless. What happens here is that you link your bank with ours. When you place an order a direct debit is set up for the order amount. This will be taken 30 days after the end of the month. The direct debit IS NOT a recurring payment, it’s a one off payment which has reference to an invoice or order number. For example, if you place an order today (and you are linked with Go Cardless) the payment for your order will not be taken until the 30th of the following month. This way you get at least 30 days credit with us. However, this is now the only way to have an account with Dave Roper Ltd which has credit.
